TheAdvanced Innovation and Technology(AIT)teamat Entegrisis seekinga highly skilled and motivatedSenior Principal Engineertolead our strategicengagements withOEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers)and device manufacturers in Japan.

Thiscollaborativeroleispart of the AIT team butspans multiple product linesandinterfaceswith internal stakeholders andtechnology partners.The ideal candidate willhavestrong semiconductor technology knowledge strong relationships with semiconductor equipmentand devicemanufactures a collaborative mindsetand a passion for new materials innovationsand collaborationsto drive semiconductortechnology.

This hybrid remote positionwill bebased in Tokyo Japan withpartialwork from homeandinclude travel within Japan andinternationally. Applicants mustbe fluent in Japanese and English.

What youll do

• Build strong collaborative relationshipswithOEMs in Japan. This will be accomplished by drivingongoing OEM-Japancollaborations acrossEntegrisBusiness Units (BUs)and coordinatinganddrivingRoadmap alignment activities with OEMsand Individual Device Manufacturers (IDMs)in Japantranslatingroadmap alignmentlearningsto Entegris opportunities.

• Build strongrelationships with the Entegris Japan Account Team.Foster and supportstrong relations with Entegris Field Support and Marketing teams in Japanand USA.

• Align roadmaps between Entegris technology offerings and our technology partners.

• Determine strategic customer and industry technical needs & communicate the implications to divisional stakeholders.Map Entegris products to OEM tools identifyingwhich are most critical (aligned withDivisions/BUs).

• Initiate new and drive existing collaborations with OEMs and IDMs in Japan to benefit Entegris Research andBUDivisions.

• Create technical engagement plans and initiatives for strategic customers and partners.Propose OEM novel collaboration areas and work with OEMs andEntegrisBUs on novel precursors/filters/coatings/polish slurry/pads to supporttargetedOEMs.

• Drive cross functionalprojectsby engaging R&Dengineerstechnologists and business unit leaders acrossEntegris.

• Support technical engagements with external research partners.

• Merge OEM-Japan and OEM-USA strategies.

• Build relationships with Japanese Universitiesand initiate research collaborations.

Traitswhichmake a strong candidate:

• Mastersor Ph.D.degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent in a technical field; Ph.D.preferred with10 years of experiencein the semiconductor industry at an equipmentand/or device manufacturer.

• In-depth knowledgeofsemiconductorprocesstechnologyandsemiconductor equipment.

• Project management experience with a track record of planning driving and executingprojectswith multiple stakeholders across manyorganizations andtime zones.

• Ability to build business relationships and leverage existing relationships tofurther Entegris technology.

• Ability to easily gain an intimate understanding of the broad Entegris product portfolio(liquid and gasfilters FOUPs solid and liquid precursors clean and etchchemistriescoatingsetc).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsinbothJapanese and Englishwith an ability tocreateand present technical materials to internal and external customers.

• Thriveworking in a dynamic industry and are a self-motivatedand collaborativeperson who enjoys working independently and can bring multiple teams and divisional leaders together to move cutting-edge technology forward.
