Job Description:
Successful candidate will have sales experience in the semiconductor industry and be able to work closely with all field personnel to ensure optimum client satisfaction in our efforts to drive design wins to revenue. Responsibilities will include managing multiple large accounts utilizing our systems acting as main point of contact between client buyers and factories supporting distributors and representative as requested by management. Ability to run reports and understand and utilize data within reports are critical. Industry knowledge is important and developing partnerships with field factories and clients will be key to success. The candidate must be professional accurate and dependable and always seek win-win solutions.
- Act as Inside Sales Representative to support Client Engagement Team (Sales Team)
- Perform sales coordination activities on daily logistics
- Conduct sales administration related reports forecast entry etc.
- Align with internal teams and provide timely logistics support
- Conduct analysis of backlog demand supply inventory
- Customer Relationship Management - Account profile
- Order Management i.e. Sample Order entry Backlog confirmation/Reschedule Shipment expedite/notification RMA
Requirements/Qualifications:
Competencies
- Time Management - Systematically monitor and scheduling timelines from start to end
- Communication - Clear and speed expression among Clients Factories Logistics and Client Engagement Managers etc.
- Team Player - An excellent ISR role player working with external clients and internal teams
Qualification and Experience
- University graduate
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Senior Inside Sales or Client Service position (inclusive of 3 years experience in the electronic industry preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English; fluent in Japanese
- Proficient in MS Office including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
