This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Full Stack Engineers who are passionate about building scalable web applications driving technical decisions and shaping the future of AI-enabled SaaS products in a collaborative remote-first environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable frontend and backend systems.

Build and enhance customer-facing applications and internal operational tools.

Design and develop robust APIs backend services and platform integrations.

Drive technical decisions and contribute to system architecture discussions.

Collaborate closely with Product Design AI and Infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality features.

Continuously improve system reliability scalability performance and observability.

Write clean maintainable and well-tested production code.

Establish and improve engineering standards workflows and development processes.

Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in distributed systems.

Take ownership of projects from requirements gathering through production deployment.

Experience and Qualifications

5 years of professional software engineering experience.

Strong experience developing modern full-stack web applications.

Hands-on frontend development experience with React or .

Backend development experience using Python Ruby PHP or Elixir.

Experience designing scalable APIs and backend systems.

Strong understanding of software architecture system design and engineering best practices.

Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Experience supporting and operating production systems.

Technical leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.

Business-level proficiency in English.

Excellent communication collaboration debugging and problem-solving skills.
