シニアデジタルマーケティングエグゼクティブはデジタルマーケティング戦略の立案および実行を主導し企業のオンラインプレゼンスを最大化する役割を担いますこのポジションではデータ分析キャンペーン管理チームの指導を通じてビジネス目標の達成を支援します

主な職務内容

1. デジタルマーケティング戦略の立案と実行

   • SEO/SEMソーシャルメディアメールマーケティングコンテンツマーケティングを含む包括的なデジタルマーケティング戦略を策定
   • キャンペーンの目標設定KPIの定義ROIの最適化

2. キャンペーン管理

   • Google AdsFacebook AdsLinkedIn Adsなどのプラットフォームを活用した広告キャンペーンの計画実行モニタリング
   • キャンペーンのパフォーマンスを分析し改善策を提案

3. データ分析とレポート作成

   • Google Analyticsやその他の分析ツールを使用してウェブサイトやキャンペーンのパフォーマンスを追跡
   • データに基づいたインサイトを提供し意思決定をサポート

4. チームの指導とコラボレーション

   • ジュニアメンバーや他部門との連携を通じてプロジェクトの成功を支援
   • チームメンバーのスキル向上を促進しトレーニングを実施

5. 最新トレンドの把握

   • デジタルマーケティングの最新トレンドや技術を常に把握し戦略に反映

Position Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for leading the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to maximize the companys online presence. This position supports the achievement of business objectives through data analysis campaign management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy Development and Execution

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM social media email marketing and content marketing
• Set campaign objectives define KPIs and optimize ROI

Campaign Management

• Plan execute and monitor advertising campaigns leveraging platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Analyze campaign performance and propose improvement measures

Data Analysis and Report Creation

• Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytical tools
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making

Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Support project success through collaboration with junior members and other departments
• Promote skill development of team members and conduct training

Staying Current with Latest Trends

• Continuously monitor the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and reflect them in strategies

Qualifications :

• 技術スキル:

  • HTMLCSSJavaScriptの基本的な理解があれば尚可
• 言語スキル: 日本語ネイティブビジネスレベルの英語力

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (Masters degree preferred)

Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in the digital marketing field

Technical Skills:

• Practical experience with SEO/SEM Google Ads Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics Tableau and Power BI
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot)
• Basic understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus

Language Skills: Native Japanese proficiency business-level English proficiency
