Primary Job Responsibilities:

• 大規模かつ複雑なアプリケーション開発モダナイゼーションプロジェクトにおいて標準ソリューションの実装からデリバリーまでを単独あるいはチームのリードとして完全に遂行する

• Red Hat OpenShift および Red Hat Application Services を基盤とした高度な技術検証PoCやプロトタイピングの設計実装を主導する

• アーキテクチャ設計を具体的なタスクに落とし込みプロジェクトのプランニングを支援してリーダーシップが設定した目標に向けてチームを牽引する

• 顧客のインフラストラクチャーおよびビジネス課題を深く理解しRed Hatテクノロジー導入に関する戦略的な提案と期待値管理を行う

• チーム内のコンサルタントやアソシエイトを技術的に指導メンタリングしパフォーマンスに関するフィードバックを行い組織力を向上させる

• 顧客環境においてさらに展開可能なUpsell/Cross-sellの機会他のRed Hat製品やサービスを技術的観点から特定し営業チームと連携する

• リーダーシップ層に対してチームの意思決定を論理的に説明し一対一の重要な対話に戦術的に対応して前向きな問題解決を促進する

Required Skills:

• ミドルウェアテクノロジー分野エンタープライズWeb開発システム統合等における13年以上の高度な実務経験および専門知識

• さまざまな大規模開発および導入プロジェクトにおいて企業関係者ステークホルダーやアーキテクトと直接協働した実績

• 小規模な技術チームをリードしソリューションアーキテクチャの定義から大規模ソリューションの設計実装トラブルシューティングまでを完遂した経験

• ソフトウェア開発メソッドオブジェクト指向設計エンタープライズ統合パターンEIPに関する極めて高度な知識

• TektonArgo CD などのテクノロジーを利用したDevOpsCI/CDパイプラインの高度な設計構築経験

• 技術に詳しくない経営層から現場のエンジニアまであらゆる層に対して複雑な技術を明確に説明プレゼンテーションできる卓越したコミュニケーション能力

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have / Optional):

• CamelKafkaQuarkusKeycloakAPI Management などの製品を使用した複雑なエンタープライズアプリケーション統合プロジェクトの深い経験

• Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform などの自動化およびスクリプトツールに関する高度な知識

• クラウド環境AWS Azure等上でのマネージドOpenShiftROSA AROを活用した開発経験

• アジャイル開発手法のアドバンスドな実践経験またはスクラムマスターの経験

• 専門分野に関連する上級認定資格Red Hat Certified Architect 等
