- Lead AI transformation projects for enterprise clients.

- Experience in consulting solution architecture digital transformation or enterprise technology projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
- Business-level Japanese communication skills.
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Experience establishing AI governance or AI CoE initiatives.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Data & AI platforms.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
