Your Impact

• 技術戦略の策定実行: 営業担当と連携しクロスプラットフォームソリューションを軸とした技術アカウントプランを策定実行することで営業目標の達成に貢献します

• 課題ヒアリングとソリューション設計: お客様の技術的運用的商業的なニーズを深く理解し当社ポートフォリオ全体を活用した最適なソリューションを設計提案します

• 顧客エンゲージメント: お客様固有の課題に合わせた効果的なプレゼンテーションデモンストレーションワークショップを主導しソリューションの価値を明確に伝えます

• 技術検証の推進: 価値実証Proof of Value POVなどの技術検証活動をリードしプロジェクトの成功を技術的に確実なものにします

• リソースの調整: 社内の製品スペシャリストやチャネルパートナーカスタマーサポートと連携しワンチームとしてお客様を包括的にサポートします

• 導入活用支援: プロフェッショナルサービスやカスタマーサクセスチームと協力し導入プロジェクトの成功と導入後の価値実現までを責任を持って推進します

• 関係構築: お客様の主要な技術ステークホルダーとの長期的な信頼関係を構築維持し変革のロードマップ策定を支援します

Qualifications

Your Experience

必須要件

• プリセールスエンジニアソリューションアーキテクト技術コンサルタントなど顧客対峙経験のある技術職としての実務経験

• 以下のうち複数の分野における深い技術的知識と実務経験:

  • ネットワーキングとネットワークセキュリティ
    LAN/WAN ルーティング/スイッチング

  • サイバーセキュリティ
    脅威分析ゼロトラスト各種セキュリティソリューション

  • プライベート/パブリッククラウドIaaS/PaaS コンテナ技術

  • SOC / エンドポイントセキュリティ

  • SASE (Secure Access Service Edge)

• 高い論理的思考力コミュニケーション能力および問題解決能力

• 言語能力:

  • 日本語ネイティブレベル

  • 英語技術資料の読解やビジネス文書作成が可能な実務レベルの読み書き能力加えて日常会話レベルの英会話能力
