Your team:
Youll join our Sales Engineering team where youll work closely with customers Sales and Professional Services to design and deliver technical solutions that address complex business requirements. Youll play a key role throughout the pre-sales and project lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design to technical consulting and customer engagement helping ensure successful deployments and long-term customer satisfaction.
Your new job:
- Drive business development by understanding customer needs and translating them into tailored solution proposals.
- Lead requirements gathering analysis and documentation to define effective technical solutions.
- Develop solution architectures and support deployment planning and service design.
- Prepare project estimates including scope timelines costs and resource planning.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery ensuring quality risk mitigation and successful customer outcomes.
- Coordinate internal and customer-facing meetings track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Build strong customer relationships by managing expectations identifying new opportunities and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Create Statements of Work (SOWs) oversee external contractors and support project governance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation share knowledge and stay up to date with new products and technologies.
- Provide Japanese-English language support for customer meetings presentations and company events.
Your background:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with several years of experience in a technical customer-facing or IT role.
- Solid understanding of mobile internet and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration; scripting skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of databases including administration; programming experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of system architecture including high availability backup & recovery disaster recovery and performance optimization.
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP and DNS.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes cloud-native technologies and major cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Oracle Cloud) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical technical documentation and reporting skills.
- Fluent Japanese (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
- Self-motivated customer-focused team player with excellent time management and a professional attitude.
