Sales 2027 New Graduates

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients travel agencies event organizers and other business partners.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct sales calls site inspections and client meetings to promote hotel facilities and services.
• Prepare proposals contracts and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of events room bookings and guest requirements.
• Support the planning and implementation of sales and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to guest satisfaction.

• 法人顧客旅行会社イベント主催者をはじめとする取引先との関係構築および維持
• 新規顧客新規ビジネス機会の開拓をサポートし売上目標の達成に貢献
• ホテル施設やサービスの提案販売のための営業訪問商談館内案内サイトインスペクションの実施
• 提案書契約書営業レポート等の作成
• 宿泊予約宴会イベント運営お客様のご要望に関して社内各部門との調整連携
• セールスプロモーションおよび販促キャンペーンの企画実施サポート
• 市場動向競合他社の活動お客様のニーズに関する情報収集分析
• 高品質な顧客サービスを提供しお客様満足度の向上に貢献

Qualifications :

• Expected to graduate in 2027 from a university junior college vocational school or equivalent institution.
• Passion for hospitality customer service and relationship building.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Japanese proficiency required (business level or above).
• English proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint) is preferred.
• Previous internship part-time work or extracurricular experience related to hospitality sales or customer service is a plus.
