Role SummaryWere looking for a Retail Operations Intern to support the day-to-day running of our store operations. Youll get hands-on exposure to inventory merchandising store performance data and process improvement a strong foundation for a career in retail supply chain or operations management.

What Youll Do

• Support daily store operations including stock management replenishment and inventory counts
• Help track and analyze sales inventory data and prepare simple reports
• Assist with store requests
• Coordinate with store teams suppliers and head office on operational tasks
• Help document and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)

What Were Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Retail Supply Chain or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with numbers and basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Fluency in English required; Japanese Korean Mandarin or Thai is a plus
