バーテンダー
- お客様を歓迎し友好的な会話で歓迎の雰囲気を作り出します
- カクテルのレシピやメニューの知識を活用して正確かつ効率的にドリンクの注文を受けます
- お客様の好みに基づいておすすめのドリンクを提供し特製のカクテルやドリンクを提案します
- 既定のレシピと基準に従ってアルコールとノンアルコールの飲み物を準備して提供します
- カクテルをミックスし見た目と品質に注意してガーニッシュします
- バーサプライを在庫し材料を新鮮で適切に保管します
- グラスウェア食器機器などバーエリアの清潔さと整頓を維持します
- 健康と安全の規制と実践を常に守ります

ウェイトレス/ウェイター:
- ゲストを歓迎しテーブルに案内してメニューを提供します
- 特別なリクエストや食事制限に対応して正確かつ効率的に食事と飲み物の注文を受けます
- ゲストが快適で楽しい食事体験をするためにポジティブで友好的な態度を保ちます
- 注文をキッチンとバーのスタッフに伝達し食事とドリンクの迅速な準備と提供を確保します
- 他のサーバーと協力してスムーズなサービスを提供しゲストの待ち時間を最小限に抑えます

料理人
- 既定のレシピポーションサイズ品質基準に従ってメニューを準備して調理します
- 生の食材の適切な取り扱いと保管を含む食品安全衛生のガイドラインに従います
- 特別なリクエストや食事制限に対応しキッチンスタッフとサーバーとの効果的なコミュニケーションを図ります
- 在庫レベルを維持し不足分や不一致があれば管理部門に通知します

バリスタ
- お客様を友好的な態度で歓迎し個別のサービスとおすすめを提供します
- 既定のレシピと基準に従ってエスプレッソベースの飲み物ドリップコーヒーおよび特製ドリンクを準備します
- 機器食器調味料などコーヒーステーションの清潔さと整頓を維持します
- コーヒーや材料の供給状況をモニタリングし必要に応じて補充し不足分があれば管理部門に通知します

Positions: Waitress Cashier Cook Barista Bartender and Clerk positions are available.

Japanese and/or Non-Japanese with a Visa should apply!

Bartender:
- Greet and welcome customers engaging in friendly conversation to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take drink orders accurately and efficiently using knowledge of cocktail recipes and menu offerings.
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and suggest specialty cocktails or drinks.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Mix and garnish cocktails paying attention to presentation and quality.
- Ensure bar supplies are stocked and ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including glassware utensils and equipment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and practices at all times.

Waitress / Waiter:
- Welcome guests as they arrive escorting them to their tables and providing menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently catering to any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff ensuring timely preparation and delivery of food and drinks.
- Coordinate with other servers to ensure smooth service and minimize wait times for guests.
- Anticipate the needs of guests and proactively address any issues to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Cook:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes portion sizes and quality standards.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling and storage of raw ingredients.
- Accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions communicating effectively with kitchen staff and servers.
- Maintain inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.

Barista:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude providing personalized service and recommendations.
- Prepare espresso-based beverages drip coffee and specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station including equipment utensils and condiments.
- Monitor coffee and ingredient supplies restocking as needed and notifying management of any shortages.
