職務内容
レストランアシスタントマネージャーの責任には総支配人のビジョンや決定をサポートしスタッフを率いてそのビジョンを実現することが含まれます仕事内容は我々のニーズに基づいて台所用具や設備を注文しレストランスタッフのパフォーマンスを管理および監督することですこの役割で成功するためにはレストランの運営に精通しており優れたカスタマーサービスの要素を理解していることが重要ですまた週末や祝日を含む営業時間内に勤務できる必要があります

要件
1. 日本食レストランでのアシスタントマネージャーとしての25年の経験が必要です
2. 英語は必要ありません - 少しの英語があると好ましいです
3. 京都への転勤に対する意欲が必要です

This is a full-time job on the Army Base in Kyoto working for the Military.

Pay is 300000 to 400000 yen per month Depending on experience
Housing is Included - they will rent an apartment for you
Travel - They will purchase plane tickets

Job Description:
Restaurant Assistant Manager responsibilities include supporting General Managers vision and decisions and leading staff to fulfill the vision. Work includes ordering kitchen utensils and equipment based on our needs managing and supervising restaurant staff performance. To be successful in this role you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:
1. Need 2 to 5 years of experience working as an assistant manager at a Japanese Restaurant
2. English is not required - a little English is preferred
3. Willing to relocate to Kyoto
