Responsibilities

• APJ RPBのオーナーシップのもと日本T&Mビジネス活動をリードする
• 日本T&Mの売上Gross MarginGMコストおよびProfit and LossP&Lに関連する事業インパクトをモニタリングする
• APJ RPB日本CSファイナンスSSCROPSField & Channelその他ステークホルダーと連携する
• プライシング見積請求受注管理配送インボイスおよび財務レビューの各プロセスを支援する
• HPのプライバシーセキュリティアクセス管理およびビジネスコントロール要件への準拠を確保する
• マネジメントレベルおよびクロスファンクショナルな議論において日本T&Mを代表する
• 業務上のリスクプロセス上のギャップ財務上の課題および改善機会を特定する
• ナレッジトランスファービジネス継続性および将来的な日本RPB領域への責任範囲拡大を支援する

Qualifications

• サービスカスタマーサポート交換部品T&Mライフサイクルサービスまたはコマーシャルオペレーションにおける経験
• 財務パフォーマンス粗利コスト売上およびP&Lの概念に関する十分な理解
• 部門横断および地域横断で関係者に影響を与え協働した実績
• SAP/S4プライシング受注管理在庫請求またはインボイス関連プロセスの経験があれば尚可
• 高いコンプライアンス意識を持ち機密性の高いビジネス情報を適切に取り扱う能力
• コミュニケーションスキル文書および口頭日本語ネイティブレベル英語中級レベル
• 自律的に業務を遂行し不確実性に対応しながらマトリクス組織において実行を推進する能力

HPs Replacement Parts Business is looking for a Japan T&M Lead to manage and drive Japans Time & Material business under the APJ RPB organisation. This role will be responsible for Japan T&M business execution financial visibility stakeholder alignment compliance readiness and operational coordination across RPB Customer Support Finance Service Supply Chain (SSC) Field & Channel Revenue Operations (ROPS) and related teams.

The Japan T&M Lead will play a critical role in the transition of T&M ownership to APJ RPB. The role will ensure Japan market continuity support go-to-market and compliance execution monitor business performance and partner with key stakeholders to improve the customer experience for out-of-warranty transactions. Our vision is to be customers first choice for repairing and upgrading HP devices through genuine spare parts.

The ideal candidate has strong business acumen stakeholder management capability operational discipline financial awareness and the ability to work with sensitive company information. Experience in services customer support replacement parts T&M pricing order management invoicing or finance-related operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Japan T&M business activities under APJ RPB ownership.
• Monitor Japan T&M revenue Gross Margin (GM) cost and Profit and Loss (P&L)-related business impact.
• Coordinate with APJ RPB Japan CS Finance SSC ROPS Field & Channel and other stakeholders.
• Support pricing quotation billing order-management delivery invoice and financial review processes.
• Ensure compliance with HP privacy security access and business control requirements.
• Represent Japan T&M in management-level and cross-functional discussions.
• Identify operational risks process gaps financial issues and improvement opportunities.
• Support knowledge transfer business continuity and future expansion into broader Japan RPB responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in services customer support replacement parts T&M lifecycle services or commercial operations.
• Strong understanding of financial performance gross margin cost revenue and P&L concepts.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Experience with SAP/S4 pricing order management inventory billing or invoicing processes preferred.
• Strong compliance mindset and ability to handle sensitive business information.
• Communication skills (written and verbal): Native Japanese and Intermediate English
• Ability to work independently manage ambiguity and drive execution in a matrix environment.
