Amazon Quick Commerce operates dark store fulfillment sites that deliver products to customers in the shortest possible time

Leveraging Amazons technology and operational expertise we efficiently and accurately manage all processes from inbound to outbound providing high-quality service that delights customers

This is a critical role that supports Amazons logistics infrastructure and enables rapid delivery to customers

Role Overview
Oversees 20 sites taking full accountability for Safety Quality Productivity and Customer Experience

A leadership position requiring hands-on leadership on the floor to earn trust and maximizing business outcomes through advanced stakeholder management

- ピーク時ホリデーPrime Dayのオペレーション計画の策定と実行
安全管理
- 全サイトの安全に責任を持ち安全な職場を構築する
- Findingを通じて違反に対する指導を行う
- Gemba Walkを通じて危険箇所を発見是正する
- 応急処置Store Assistantレポートの事前レビュー恒久対策の実施
- 大規模レイアウト変更についてSafety部門と協働
オペレーション管理
- エリアマネージャーが作成した日次オペレーション計画のレビュー確認
- 日次のオペレーション進捗を監視し必要に応じてエリアマネージャーをサポート
- DBRでの主要メトリクスのDive Deepと対策立案
- 全体のCapacity確認とCap Controlの実施
- ボリューム/システム障害時のサイト全体の最適化に貢献
オペレーション改善 / 5S
- SafetyQualityProductivity5Sの長期改善目標を設定
- 活動監査の実施改善指示MBOを通じた進捗管理
- QCおよびLeanの概念手法に精通する
- 他サイトとのベンチマーキングを通じた改善機会の特定
- Lean Basicファシリテーターとしてプロジェクトを完了する

- Forecastをレビューし週次オペレーション計画Labor Planに反映
- 各プロセスに必要な労働時間を確保
- アソシエイトの採用を実行
- HCを算出しGAPがある場合はソリューションを提供
- 欠勤率や離職トレンドをLabor Planningに反映
ネットワーク活動 & 地域貢献
- QCビジネスフレームワークのクロスファンクショナル開発をリード
- QC全体に影響するプロジェクトをオーンし完了に責任を持つ
- 自治体地方政府商工会議所との関係構築
- 地域貢献活動の創出清掃Job Shadow等


Variable Cost Management
- Review quarterly planning based on Forecasts and coordinate with Stakeholders
- Plan Associate recruitment Conversion and driver Capacity adjustments
- Review and approve proposed solutions from Area Managers
- Draft and execute operation plans for Peaks (Holiday Prime Day)
Safety Management
- Take responsibility for safety across all sites and build safe workplaces
- Provide guidance for violations through Findings
- Discover and correct unsafe areas through Gemba Walks
- Provide first aid pre-review Store Assistant reports implement permanent countermeasures
- Collaborate with Safety department for large-scale layout changes
Operations Management
- Review and verify daily operation plans developed by Area Managers
- Monitor daily operation progress and support Area Managers as needed
- Conduct Dive Deep on key metrics at DBR and develop countermeasures
- Check overall Capacity and perform Cap Control
- Contribute to site-wide optimization during volume/system disruptions
Operations Improvement / 5S
- Set long-term improvement goals for Safety Quality Productivity and 5S
- Conduct activity audits assign improvements manage progress through MBO
- Be proficient in QC and Lean concepts/methods
- Identify improvement opportunities through benchmarking with other sites
- Complete projects as Lean Basic facilitator
Engagement & Talent Development
- Directly manage Area Managers with career consultations and 1on1s
- Recruit develop and evaluate team members under your scope
- Review Connections survey results and work on engagement improvement
- Ensure best practices are shared across all departments and shifts
- Contribute to member autonomy and success through coaching
- Collaborate with HRBP to create engagement improvement mechanisms
Labor Planning
- Review Forecasts and incorporate into Weekly Operation plans (Labor Plans)
- Secure necessary labor hours for each process - Execute Associate recruitment
- Calculate HC and provide solutions when GAP exists
- Reflect absence rate and turnover trends in Labor Planning
Network Activities & Community Contribution
- Lead cross-functional QC business framework development
- Own projects impacting QC as a whole and take responsibility for completion
- Build relationships with municipalities local governments chambers of commerce
- Create regional contribution opportunities (cleaning Job Shadow)

- 20以上の複数のQCサイト管理ローテーション制
- サイト間の移動は出張扱い
- 一部サイトでは冷蔵倉庫環境での一時的な作業あり
- 年間休日120日月平均10日
職務内容は会社が定める範囲内で変更される場合があります

Working Conditions
- 20 Multiple QC sites management (rotation-based)
- Travel between sites treated as business trips
- Occasional work in cold storage environments at select sites
- 120 days off per year (averaging 10 days per month)

- 学士号または同等の実務経験 / Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 3年以上のオペレーションマネジメント経験物流倉庫小売 / 3 years operations management experience (logistics warehouse retail)
- 大規模チームのマネジメント経験50名以上のチームを統括予定同規模の組織を率いた経験があれば尚可 / Experience managing large teams (Will lead a team of 50; comparable experience is a plus.)
- 日本語ビジネスレベル / Japanese: Business level (required)
- 英語中級以上 読み書き日常会話レベルが可能な方 / English: (Intermediate or above) - able to read write and hold basic conversations.

- Amazonまたは同様のECフルフィルメントでの経験 / Experience at Amazon or similar e-commerce fulfillment
- Lean/Six Sigmaの知識または資格 / Lean/Six Sigma knowledge or certification
- データドリブンの意思決定経験 / Data-driven decision-making experience
- 大規模チーム100名以上のマネジメント経験 / Experience managing large teams (100 members)
