As the secretary directly supporting RBJP/P you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of various operational tasks.

• Meeting and event support: scheduling arranging meeting rooms and providing preparation and operational assistance
• Business travel coordination: arranging domestic and international flights hotels and transportation as well as communicating with relevant stakeholders
• Administrative duties: company seal processing executive car management and other daily administrative tasks

You will work closely with RBJP/P and gain valuable experience in a role positioned close to the executive level.

This position offers substantial opportunities to expand your network inside and outside the company while enhancing your communication and coordination skills through diverse interactions.

By handling a wide range of tasks including meeting operations travel coordination and administrative management you can develop comprehensive business fundamentals and office operation skills.

Qualifications :

• 語学日本語ネイティブレベル英語ビジネスレベル
• 社内外との調整業務に抵抗がなくコミュニケーションが取れる方
• 複数の業務を並行して進める柔軟性と責任感のある方
• 望ましい経験役員秘書の経験のある方
