苦情対応部門において市場からの品質及び不具合等の情報苦情を適切に受理収集しデータベースへの登録を行う業務です

主な責務

• 電話またはWeb経由で受理した苦情について情報収集を適切に行い記録する

• AIのアシストを搭載したグローバルアプリケーションを活用しながら効率的に情報を整理し顧客対応及び品質改善に貢献する

• 収集した苦情のうち安全性に関する内容メディカル苦情については安全管理部門と連携し迅速に情報収集と共有を行う

• 顧客の声に真摯に向き合いニーズに寄り添いながらも法令及び社内規定に則った最適な解決策を提示する

• より質の高い顧客体験を実現するため応対スキルの向上に継続的に取り組む

必須要件

• 顧客対応電話またはメールの実務経験

• PC複数画面操作電話対応時の同時入力スキル

• 基本的なPCスキルデータ入力Microsoft WordExcelの基本操作

• リーダーの指揮指導のもと与えられた任務を遂行できる能力

• 高いコミュニケーション能力口頭文章

• 業務に対する高い学習意欲
