Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecyclefrom start-of-life (e.g. Install & Commission) through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g. Upgrade Repair & Extend) to end-of-life activities (e.g. Replace & Decommission).

How youll make an impact

• You will handle the root cause analysis of product trouble: When product trouble occurs information is collected from Troubleshooting team Site service team Engineering team and others and a root cause analysis is conducted.

• You will support in the creation of investigation reports: Investigate the root cause of product trouble and prepare a customer report.

• You will be reporting the root cause to customers: Explain the root cause to customers by using investigation reports and other documentation.

• You will support on-site investigations: Conduct on-site investigations when Site Service team is unable to respond in the field also execution of other QA-related tasks.

• You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

• You hold a bachelors degree.

• Has knowledge related to electricity.

• It is desirable for the candidate to have graduated from a school in the field of electrical engineering. (high school technical college university or masters course).

• It is desirable for the candidate to have basic or specialized knowledge related to transformers.
