品質リスクを特定しFMEAPCRBや関連部門と協働して適切なリスクマネジメントを実施

Job Summary
QMS Engineer plays a key role in driving continuous improvement based on Microns Quality Management System (QMS) contributing to enhanced customer this position you will strengthen the overall quality culture across the Fab and establish a quality assurance framework aligned with industry standards through planning execution and improvement of audits and evaluations.

Job Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of audit processes based on QMS and effectively deploy them within the Fab.

Lead the preparation execution and follow-up of internal and external audits and develop and drive improvement plans.

Collaborate with global quality organizations as the Fab representative to contribute to the development and enhancement of audit standards and evaluation methods.

Identify quality risks and work with FMEA PCRB and related departments to implement appropriate risk management.

Qualifications & Requirements
Mandatory Requirements

Daily conversational level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N3) and daily conversational English proficiency *This position involves frequent communication with overseas teams via chat and emails using of AI or translation tools is acceptable

-Bachelors degree or equivalent educational background and/or industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams both in-person and remotely

Strong willingness to learn continuously and a mindset for improvement

Experience in quality audits or other quality managementrelated work

Business-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N2)
