ボッシュでの長期インターンシップに挑戦グローバルなボッシュの環境で実際にチームの一員として日々の細かい業務から大きなプロジェクトまで幅広く腰を据えて実務に参加することで貴重な実務経験を積むことができます今回は以下のようなタスクを担当していただく予定です:
1.マネジメント層の意思決定のための財務データ集計分析と提案
2.プロジェクトへの参画(生産工場変更プロジェクト新ツールの導入ワークショップの開催
3.税務上必要とされる会社間でやり取りされる単価のドキュメンテーションなど

Challenging Internship at Bosch Japan! You will get the chance to work for a global player and be a part of a dynamic team where you can gather practical and on-the-job experience with a mix of day-to-day operations and projects. Your task(s) will include:
 
1. Contributing to management decision through financial summary and analysis.
2. For example monthly management meeting slide preparation.
3. Contributing to project tasks as plant relocation SAP introduction process harmonization and IFRS topics

1. N2以上の日本語

1. Microsoft Softwares (Excel PPT Word)
2. 国際会計基準に関する知識
3. 会計知識

上記に加えて下記の条件が必要になります
弊社に312か月の間連続して勤務が可能であること
インターンシップ期間中現役の大学生であること

Required Specialized knowledge:
1. Proactive communication with diversified stakeholders in target oriented way
2. Persistence to the goal within the target time frame
3. Hypothesis making and run PDCA cycle for further improvement
4. Be a communicative proactive tenacious and reliable team player!

Preferred language abilities
1. English required
2. Basic Japanese preferred

Preferred skills
1. Microsoft Softwares like Excel PPT and Word
2. IFRS knowledge
3. Accounting knowledge

Additionally you should:
Be able to stay for a period of 6-12 months at our company
Be regularly enrolled at a university during the entire internship period
Be flexible willing and motivated to live and work in a different culture

Additional Information :

インターンシップ期間2026年11月1日-2027年4月30日

勤務時間パートタイム週2028時間休学中の方はフルタイム週40時間での勤務も可能です

**手当は月給1220万円になります金額は勤務時間によって変動します

Target Internship Period: 1st November 2026 30th April 2027

*We offer a very competitive monthly net allowance of 200000 Yen on a full-time scheme in addition to reimbursing you for your commuting costs. We will also provide you with all necessary documents and information for a successful Designated Activities visa application. Please note that the full visa process may take up to three months. Furthermore applicants who intend to have an internship period for 12 months/already hold residence status in Japan will receive a monthly gross allowance.  

**Japanese Nationals:

Please note that Japanese nationals do not require a visa process. Depending on the needs of the receiving department students fulfilling this condition may begin their internship within one month of being hired.

***Exchange students

Please note that foreign nationals on a student visa with permission for part-time job (資格外活動許可) do not require a visa process. Students fulfilling these conditions will be eligible to work on a part-time scheme only. Depending on the needs of the receiving department exchange students may begin their internship within one month of being hired.

****Non-Japanese Nationals (visa requirements): 
Please note that applicants who are not Japanese nationals need to be eligible to obtain the Designated Activities Visa for an internship with Bosch Japan. Therefore only students who fulfill the following conditions are eligible to apply:
A.) Enrolled student at a university at least 3 months before the internship and during the entire internship period.
B.) Doing the internship will require your university to sign a document confirming that the internship represents a mandatory or strongly recommended part of your university curriculum when applying for your visa.
