Project Manager (ElectricalMechanical)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MEP aspects of construction projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project scope schedule budget quality and risk.
• Review technical designs and provide practical recommendations.
• Drive effective communication and reporting across project teams.
• Support procurement commissioning and project closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety quality and contractual requirements.

What Were Looking For

• Experience managing MEP building services or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in data center mission critical commercial industrial or large-scale construction projects is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as PMP RICS LEED or equivalent are a plus.
