Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion
  • Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and implement project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders


Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
  • 6 years of experience in project engineering or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Technical expertise in relevant engineering disciplines including risk management and problem-solving
WE VALUE
  • Advanced degrees such as Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering are a plus
  • Experience working in industrial automation or process control environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirements
