Program Manager, AMXL JP, AMXL ACES

JP AMXL is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own the end-to-end planning coordination and execution of business review documents (MBR/QBR/OP); and driving continuous improvement through global benchmarking. This role operates as the centralized function wherein the candidate should adeptly collaborate with JP AMXL teams and cross-regional stakeholders influence without authority and a track record of delivering results.

Key job responsibilities
Business Review Ownership (MBR/QBR/OP)
Own the complete lifecycle of MBR QBR and OP documentsscoping data collection narrative development stakeholder review cycles and on-time delivery to senior leadership.
Define and enforce a repeatable cadence with clear RACI SLAs and escalation mechanisms for each review cycle
Draft data-driven narratives that connect performance trends to root causes corrective actions and forward-looking commitments
Independently identify gaps in narratives and push back on incomplete or inaccurate inputs from contributing teams
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
Serve as the single-threaded owner for cross-functional inputs across JP AMXL operations finance network planning and transportation
Influence and drive accountability across teams without direct authority ensuring timely high-quality contributions from all stakeholders
Coordinate with EU/NA counterparts to align on reporting standards share best practices and maintain consistency in global narratives
Should proactively flag risks trade-offs and timeline impacts to leadership before they escalate
Global Benchmarking & Insights
Design and maintain a benchmarking framework comparing JP AMXL performance against EU/NA operations across key metrics (productivity cost speed quality)
Translate benchmarking insights into actionable recommendations for JP AMXL leadership
Identify and advocate for adoption of global best practices adapting them to JP operational context
Publish recurring benchmarking reports that inform strategic decisions at the QBR/OP level
Apply ACES/Lean methodology to identify and eliminate waste in the review process

AMXL is a single-threaded organization that owns the end-to-end Customer experience for heavy and bulky products. AMXL consolidates supply chain tech FC operations transportation delivery stations and last mile delivery. We also provide special handling services such as Room of Choice delivery Haul-Away and Installation/Assembly for select items.

- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
- Business-level proficiency in English and conversational Japanese

- Demonstrated ability to write crisp executive-ready narratives (6-pager OP document experience preferred)
- Proficiency in project management tools Experience building mechanisms that scale beyond individual effort
