Neurology BUで管轄する製品の発売準備マーケティング戦略の策定変更マーケティングミックス資料アンブランドキャンペーン 疾患啓発医療市場アクセスプロジェクトなどグローバルおよび地域のビジネス標的に沿った複数のチャネルを通じた戦術を担 当する機能横断的な部との連携調整をリードし地域のRegional HeadやAccout Executiveなどビジネスユニット内の関 係者とのコミュニケーションを図る ICPIntegrated Customer PlanAOPAnnual Operational PlanOPEXのすべ てのプロセスを管理し中期および短期のマーケティングプランを策定実施して予算内の収益と市場患者シェアを予算内のコスト で達成する
Principle Accountabilities :
１製品発売マーケティング戦略の策定
２製品上市のためのマルチファンクショナルチームの主導
３製品 チームメンバーとしてバイオジェンジャパンを代表する
４クラストラッキングフレームワークCRMで最良のものを確する
５マーケティング費の管理特にexternal expense予実管理

1)独して機能し最低限の指導により業務を遂する;プロジェクトを主導したり従業員社員顧客に対する継続的な活動や技 術的ガイダンス標の説明責任を負える資質問題を解決する;針順部計画に従って意思決定と問題解決をうことが できる能がある
2)ベストプラクティスと分の領域が他の領域とどのように統合されているかを知っている;市場における競争と差別化要因を認識してい る
3)針と部の計画に基づきサービス品質標の適時性を達成するためのチームの能に影響する
Minimum Experience Requirements
希少疾患の経験を含め製薬企業の倫理的事業における製品マネージャーとしての2年以上の経験 国際的な製薬企業での経験
ビジネス英語レベル頭/ライティング/リーディングTOEIC 800点以上
Minimum Education Requirements
BA以上 必要な科学/薬学の学位は修号は適切な学位MBA保持者が望ましい
