JCFS(Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutions)とはアマゾンジャパンのFulfillment Solutionを追求するオペレーション技術統括本部ですアマゾンジャパンオペレーション業務の中核部門としてオペレーションの各部門を効率的に連携することに貢献します
JCFSのリライアビリティー&メンテナンスエンジニアリングファシリティーズ部門(以下RME-F)においてProcess Improvement Specialistを探しています本ポジションは全国にあるFC部門(アマゾンフルフィルメントセンター)やDS部門(デリバリーステーション)等多様な施設を管理するファシリティ業務においてデータ管理システム運用のスペシャリストとして業務の標準化効率化自動化を推進する役割を担っています
Process Improvement SpecialistはRME-Fが管理するFC/ DSなどの複数の部門それぞれの特性と業務を理解し既存の業務プロセスの課題分析と改善策の立案を行います複数の部門に跨る業務フローを分析しデータ収集分析プロセスの標準化を通じて業務の簡素化と削減を実現します新たなシステムやツールの導入においては各部門の特性や既存の業務環境との整合性を考慮し段階的な展開計画を立案しますデータ分析に基づき施設の運用データと作業工数を可視化し優先的に改善すべき業務プロセスを特定しますこれらの改善施策は部門間の違いを考慮しながら手順書として整備し誰でも実行可能な標準化された運用プロセスとして確立することで継続的な改善サイクルを構築します
具体的には定期的な数値データの集約作業を分析しデータ処理の自動化一元化を実現しますまたデータの異常値の検知や予測数値の自動算出等担当者の経験に依存しない客観的なデータ管理の仕組みを構築し増加する施設数に対しても一定の分析時間で正確な予測を可能とします建屋設備メンテナンス計画においては海外のシステムを活用したデータの可視化により効率的な施設管理を推進しますビジネスの複雑化と施設数の継続的な増加既存設備の経年劣化に伴う保全ニーズの多様化に対応するため保全実績を含めたRME-F全体のデータに基づいた管理体制の確立が求められます

25%RME-F業務プロセスの分析標準化Wiki/Workdocsを活用した業務手順書の整備と運用基盤の構築
25%VBAPower Query等を活用したデータ処理の自動化一元化データの入力精度向上と管理工数削減
20% 新規デジタルツールやAIツールの調査評価導入支援
10%施設運用データの分析可視化による改善提案四半期ごとの改善効果の定量評価報告
10% グローバルチームとの連携海外ソリューションの日本導入および日本のベストプラクティスのグローバル発信
10%改善施策の全国横展開とナレッジ共有

- Experience performing data analysis using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in identifying leading and executing opportunities to improve automate standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese
- Experience in computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities or experience in managing and troublshooting network and experience in SQL Server/MySQL

- Masters degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or 1 years of facilities management experience
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality design solutions
- Experience in a customer-focused field or business
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround or experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience supporting team management in the context of a fast-paced production environment in which frequent and significant customer interaction is required
- Experience with research and investigation skills or equivalent
