Job Summary

We are looking for a PMO/Quality Management Lead to improve the overall quality and strengthen governance of a large-scale IT outsourcing project. The role involves overseeing the project supporting decision-making managing risks and driving quality improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis based on KPIs and operational performance data to organize and provide information necessary for decision-making.

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire service and provide information for decision-making regarding project priorities and resource allocation.

  • Manage the backlog and control the execution status of improvement themes PoCs and derivative projects.

  • Design governance models for service management and promote continuous improvement.

  • Analyse issues and risks prioritise them and propose improvements based on return on investment.

  • Create management reports integrating quality cost risk and improvement status.

  • Manage and visualise the progress issues and risks of cross-cutting projects and derivative projects.

  • Manage quality indicators (KPIs/KGIs) conduct quality reviews and follow up on improvement plans.

  • Conduct regular meetings manage Decision Logs and Action Logs and improve communication.

  • Support the standardisation of knowledge management and document operations.


Requirements
The requirements we are looking for:
  • Project management experience as a PM or PMO.

  • Experience in issue management risk management regular operations and creating management reports.

  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including customers internal stakeholders and vendors.

  • Ability to identify issues proactively and drive projects through to completion while involving stakeholders.

  • Japanese: Fluent with the ability to communicate complex business issues accurately and smoothly both orally and in writing.

  • English: Conversational and basic reading and writing level with the ability to hold everyday conversations read and write simple texts and understand and respond to basic business communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge or practical experience with ITSM/ITIL.

  • PMO experience in large-scale outsourcing projects.

  • Experience in quality control including QA reviews and standardisation promotion.

  • Experience in KPI/KGI design and improvement activities in operational services.

  • Experience in infrastructure operations cloud operations and application operations projects.
