Red Hatは日本企業のレガシーモダナイゼーションを加速させるため最新のAI駆動型開発AI-Driven Developmentを基盤とした新しいコンサルティングプラクティスを立ち上げます

本ポジションはRed Hatコンサルタントおよび戦略的パートナー企業と連携しデリバリーにおける技術標準の定義アーキテクチャの策定および高度な技術指導を統括するテクニカルリーダー職ですAI技術を開発移行プロセスに深く統合し従来のモダナイゼーションを圧倒的に効率化する技術プラクティスを構築推進することがミッションです

主な責任範囲 (Responsibilities)

技術プラクティスの定義とエンジニアリング標準化

• 最新のAI駆動開発ツールを組み込んだモダナイゼーション専用の技術パイプラインおよび標準デリバリープラクティスの策定

• レガシー資産COBOLJava等からモダンアーキテクチャクラウドネイティブマイクロサービスへの移行における技術整合性の確保とガイドライン作成

パートナーへの技術イネーブルメントと実践的指導

• 定義した技術プラクティスをRed Hatコンサルタントおよび戦略パートナーのエンジニアに対して伝承

• ハンズオンプロトタイピング技術デモを通じた高度なスキルトランスファーの実施

• 最新のAI技術トレンドを実案件に適用するためのトレーニングプログラムの企画

技術ガバナンスとクオリティアシュアランス

• パートナーが提供するデリバリーの技術的品質を監視しイネーブルメントの進捗を技術的習熟度の観点から可視化管理

• 現場のフィードバックに基づきプラクティスを技術的に継続改善する
  
  

必要なスキルと経験 (Skills & Experience)

• 基幹系システム開発: 20年以上大規模な基幹システムの設計実装経験がありミッションクリティカルな要件を深く理解していること

• モダナイゼーション: 5年以上リプラットフォームリファクタリングリアーキテクト案件のリード経験特にクラウド移行の技術課題に精通していること

• AI駆動型開発: 3年以上開発プロセスへのAI導入自動化の実践経験プロンプトエンジニアリングやAIによるコード生成テストの知見

• クラウドネイティブ: 最新のソフトウェア開発運用プロセスCloud Native DevOps等に関する深い理解

• 技術トレンドの理解: 最新のAI技術トレンドの深い理解生成AILLMのエンタープライズ適用における技術的制約と可能性を実装レベルで理解していること
