Operations and scheduling coordinator supporting Military Family Housing inspection operations for the U.S. Air Force on Okinawa. Responsible for inspection scheduling resident coordination tracking documentation management and operational support.
Core Responsibilities:
Build/manage daily and weekly inspection schedules
Coordinate resident access and appointments
Manage appointment systems such as Waitwhile
Respond to resident inquiries and scheduling issues
Track completed missed and rescheduled inspections
Maintain Excel inspection trackers and schedules
Organize inspection photos and documentation
Upload/manage files within SharePoint OneDrive and Teams
Coordinate reporting support with Data Analyst team
Escalate operational or resident issues to management
Required Qualifications:
5 years supporting U.S. military installations
Familiarity with Okinawa military housing areas and access procedures
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong scheduling and organizational skills
Microsoft 365 proficiency
Ability to work independently and confidentially
Ability to pass installation access requirements
