Job Summary

10 years of experience in Instrument / Meter Cluster software architecture covering analog digital and hybrid clusters.
Japanese language proficiency (JLPT-N3) is mandatory for direct technical discussions with Japanese OEM / Tier1 customers.
Own and define endtoend software architecture including HW/SW partitioning boot diagnostics and update strategy.
Lead system and software requirement analysis decomposition and traceability for cluster features (speed telltales warnings DID).
Architect and govern vehicle communication interfaces: CAN LIN Ethernet SOME/IP.
Ensure ASPICE ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and AUTOSAR Classic compliance at system and software levels.
Act as technical authority for systemlevel issue resolution change impact analysis and integration support using JIRA / DOORS.
Drive vehicle integration and validation readiness supporting bench HIL and early vehicle phases.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to system engineers and software teams across programs.
Collaborate closely with hardware validation vehicle and program teams to ensure ontime and quality delivery
