マーチャントコンサルタントとは
マーチャントコンサルタントはAmazonプラットフォームに商品を出品している販売事業者様向けに提供している有料のコンサルティングサービスプログラムを担います具体的には販売事業者様の経営戦略や事業戦略を踏まえた上で課題を特定し戦略的アドバイスを行って上での売上最大化を目指します
具体的な業務内容
担当としてアサインされた複数の販売事業者様に対して専任コンサルタントとして戦略的プランを策定
本ポジションはElectronics & IT Solutionsという商品群総合家電を主に扱う既存の販売事業者を担当します
売上実績分析必要な具体的戦略プラン策定実行サポート定期的なビジネスレビューの実施

Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class service to Amazons Selling Partners in Japan
The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) is seeking for a dynamic and motivated Merchant Consultant to further grow our Paid Service programs. The Merchant Consultant is responsible for working with our accounts to help them grow their business on Amazon by providing strategic recommendations and scale our service by building mechanisms with a strong data-driven analytical view. We work closely with teams across US EU and China to invent and innovate to grow the program improve seller engagement and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is comfortable influencing senior-level external stakeholders possesses strong sales skills has a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth and is comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment.

- 4 years experience in business role requiring to negotiate with the outside. e.g. sales/account management/business consultant
- Analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g. vlookup pivot) and BI tools.
- Fluent level Japanese both verbal and written skills
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
- Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles
