Job Summary
This Tokyo based U.S. owned general contractor specializes in federal military and civil construction projects primarily working for the U.S. Government and its various departments constructing U.S. owned facilities in Japan.
A uniquely positioned company they are experiencing rapid growth and recruiting U.S. nationals to be based on 3 year contracts in Japan or Japanese islands in the South China Sea.
The initial project will see you working on a $150M project in Okinawa managing the MEP scopes and reporting to the Project Director. Working with an international team you will be the key liaison between local contractors JV partners and the client (U.S. Govt/DOD).
This is a unique and rare opportunity for someone to gain an international cultural experience whilst working on a major project working to U.S. standards.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
- Minimum 3 year commitment
- Willing to relocate to Okinakwa Japan - THIS IS NOT REMOTE

- You must have commercial industrial or heavy civil construction project experience
