本ポジションはDPS Japanにおけるビジネス戦略の意思決定を支えるためBusiness AnalyticsおよびMarket Intelligenceの両面からデータドリブンなインサイト創出を担います市場競合自社パフォーマンスに関する分析と高度な分析手法Advanced Analytics / AIを活用したインサイトの提供により事業成長および戦略精度向上に貢献します

Key Responsibilities主な職務内容:

Business Analytics

• データ分析Advanced Analyticsを通じたビジネスインサイトの創出
• AI活用施策の企画推進ユースケース検討PoC支援 等
• プロジェクトマネジメント分析案件データ活用プロジェクト
• KPI分析およびビジネスパフォーマンス評価
• データの可視化ストーリーテリングによる意思決定支援

Market Intelligence

• 市場データおよびマーケットシェアレポートの作成分析
• BU別パフォーマンス分析および定期レポーティング
• 競合分析および競争環境の評価
• 年次環境分析Annual Environment Scanの実施
• 社内外データNDBCRMデータ等を活用した市場動向の整理可視化
• 各BUへのマーケットインサイト提供および関連アクションの提案

Required Experiences Skills and Qualifications求める経験スキル資格など:

• データ分析Market Intelligenceまたは関連領域での実務経験
• 統計学に基づきExcel / BIツール等を用いたデータ分析可視化経験
• ビジネス課題を理解し分析結果から示唆を創出し伝えられる能力
• 論理的思考力および問題解決力
• 複数ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力
• 競合分析市場分析の経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力英語での資料作成Globalチームとのミーティング対応
• 医療機器業界またはヘルスケア領域での経験特に整形外科領域Preferred
