品質管理業務関連

• 社内の多数の製品のうち能動医療機器(電動医療機器)の受入検査検査プロセスのマネージメント

• 検査委託業者の方の管理監督業務

• 関連部門(国内及び海外ヨーロッパ拠点)との調整定期的なコール

• 新製品導入プロジェクトへの参加及びプロセスの構築及び改善

• 手順書の作成改訂

• 品質に関する監査外部内部の準備および対応(年複数回)

• 短期的な部門戦略目標設定進捗管理業務管理

その他

• 須賀川事業所/CQ戦略的優先課題プロジェクト活動のリード及び参加

• 須賀川事業所内委員会活動への参加

職務経験

• 製造QA/QC修理保守業務の経験

• GMPISO13485又はISO9001に基づいた業務の経験

• 設計開発業務の経験

• 業界経験はGMPが厳しい医薬品医療機器化粧品などが好ましいが自動車半導体などの電気系を扱う製造業界経験でも可能

必要とする能力スキル

英語力ビジネスレベル以上必須海外とのテレカンファに日本の代表として出席し調整交渉ができるレベル英語での読み書き資料作成能力

• 電気に関連する基礎的な知識

• 薬機法ISO13485又はISO9001の基礎的な知識

• 業務の課題問題点を調査分析し全社的視点で改善できる能力

• PC関連の基礎Word Excel Outlook PPTなど
