Your Responsibilities

見積活動開発プロジェクト量産プロジェクトにメカ担当者として参加しグローバルメンバーと協力しながら以下の業務を実施する

顧客の要求分析と社内製品の整合性を検証する
顧客要求資料の作成と技術説明(デザインレビューDFMEA DRBFM試験レポートCAE解析レポート承認図面等
設計変更生産変更サプライヤ変更時にリスク分析を実行する
顧客と円滑なコミュニケーションし必要な資料を用意するために社内国内海外メンバーを調整する
国内海外のPM営業システムエレキ光学ソフト品質工場メンバーといった専門性の異なるチームメンバーとともに目的達成のために業務を遂行する
社内開発ルールに沿って業務出図設計変更を遂行する
不具合分析の活動に参加する

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Education
Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical Computer Mechatronics or related)

Experience

幾何公差を使ったアルミダイカスト樹脂製品の設計経験知識
自動車部品の量産開発経験10年以上
あるべき姿の方向性をチームメンバーに示すことができ自ら手を動かすこともいとわない方
指示を待つだけではなく自らの意思で能動的に業務を遂行できる
海外メンバーに顧客の期待とニーズを的確に伝えることができる
プロジェクト内のリスクに対し放置せずに積極的にチームで問題解決を図ることができる
お客様と円滑なコミュニケーションができるレベルの日本語能力

Language

英語を使った業務をいとわないメール資料作成は必須会議では伝えるための何らかの手段が取れる
日本語ビジネスレベル以上顧客とのコミュニケーションあり

Education

大卒高専理工学系もしくは同等の知識経験
