Job Description

1) Market research and Strategy building for Automotive MCU Solution
Research / analyze automotive MCU market by application segment and create report for future market trend 
Research / analyze Renesas and competitor positioning in automotive MCU market (market share benchmarking)
Establish the Solution strategy (SW Tool and Eco-system) and Solution portfolio for Renesas Automotive MCU projects based on the market analysis
2) Automotive MCU Product & Solution Planning and Go to Market Plan
3) Based on product strategy create NPI plan of the solution package for Automotive MCU products.
Product & Solution promotion result analysis and feedback to new product & solution idea

Qualifications :

MUST

English skill for global communication (within Renesas and with customer)
Working experience in automotive electrical control arena
Good understanding to embedded system development workflow and tools
Basic knowledge of automotive MCU product

WANT

Working experience of product planning or technical support for automotive MCU
Working experience in Product Marketing Market Analysis Strategic Marketing for MCU
