本ポジションは一定の裁量を持ちながら標準化された業務プロセスおよび手順に基づきオペレーション領域における実行を主軸として業務を遂行する状況に応じて判断が求められるが基本的には上位者の指導のもとで意思決定を行う

職務内容
* OEC製造チームのマスタープランニング資材管理プロセスおよび関連システムを管理し生産スケジュールおよび購買計画の策定更新を行う
* 需要予測生産能力在庫レベルを考慮したバランスの取れた生産計画の作成
* サプライチェーン各部門製造調達ロジスティクス営業などとの連携による計画の実行と調整
* 生産遅延材料不足能力制約などの問題に対する解決策の特定と実行
* MRP資材所要量計画システムの管理と最適化
* 主要なKPI納期遵守率在庫回転率などのモニタリングと改善
* サプライチェーンプロセスの継続的な改善活動への貢献
* S&OP販売操業計画プロセスへの積極的な参加
* 変化するビジネスニーズに対応するための計画の柔軟な調整
応募資格
* 学士号サプライチェーンマネジメントオペレーションマネジメント工学または関連分野
* 製造業におけるマスタープランニングまたは生産計画の実務経験5年以上
* MRP/ERPシステムSAPOracleなどの使用経験
* 強力な分析能力と問題解決能力
* 優れたコミュニケーションスキルと対人関係能力
* 日本語および英語でのビジネスレベルの読み書き会話能力
* CPIMまたはAPICSの資格をお持ちの方歓迎
* 医療機器業界での経験尚可
GE Healthcare Japan is seeking a Master Planner to join the OEC Manufacturing team. This role is responsible for leading production planning and control as well as optimizing the end-to-end supply chain to ensure operational excellence.
Manage master planning material processes and related systems for the OEC manufacturing team; develop and update production schedules and purchasing plans
Develop balanced production plans considering demand forecasts production capacity and inventory levels
Coordinate and align plans with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Sourcing Logistics and Commercial teams
Identify and execute solutions to address production delays material shortages and capacity constraints
Manage and optimize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems
Monitor and drive improvement of key KPIs (e.g. on-time delivery inventory turns)
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes
Actively participate in the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process
Adjust plans flexibly in response to changing business needs
Apply sound judgment to propose improvements or alternative solutions beyond established parameters with guidance as needed
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to new team members
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Operations Management Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in master planning or production planning within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (reading writing and speaking)
- CPIM or APICS certification is a plus
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred
