• 担当するお客様に足繁く通い対話を通じてお客様の経営課題を深く理解する
• お客様を訪問する前に市場分析およびお客様の経営課題についての分析は完了する
• お客様の真のニーズと要求事項に適した提案書を作りあげる
• サービス案件の入札提案プロセスをリードし関連部門へのタスク配分および進捗管理を行う
• 適性なコスト算出を行いグローバル市場状況も踏まえた競争力ある価格提案を行う
• 必要に応じて関連部門と連携しまた現地調査が必要な場合は現場での測定確認作業を実施して供給範囲や仕様を明確化する
• お客様および商流における関係者との良好な人間関係を開拓し維持する
• 建設的な対話と交渉を通じてお客様およびすべてのステークホルダーにとってwin-winとなる解決策を導き出す

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze and deeply understand customers pain points through frequent customers visit
• Complete market analysis and customers pain points analysis before customers visit
• Develop proposals which fit for customers true needs and requirements
• Lead tendering and proposal offering process by properly distributing tasks and work packages to concerned parties
• Prepare all costs properly and provide competitive price considering global market price
• Define technical solution together with concerned parties and perform on-site investigation if needed; clarify scope and share of supply
• Develop and maintain good human relationships with customers and commercial channels
• Create a win-win solution between customers and all stakeholders through constructive dialogue and negotiations
• Maintain strong sense of responsibility to achieve goal of the organization and individual KPIs and
• Develop new business set up including improvement of the existing one in order tocontribute for organizational operation and increase output of the team
