Manager, AI Strategy & Pricing Innovation
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
AI Strategy & Implementation
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives within the product/pricing function
- Design and build AI agents using Copilot Studio focusing on:
- Document generation and automation
- Intelligent document review and validation
- Knowledge management and conversational AI (knowledge bots)
- Establish best practices for prompt design workflow orchestration and governance
AI Adoption & Scaling
- Drive citizen AI programs enabling non-technical users to leverage AI tools effectively
- Identify prioritize and scale high-impact AI use cases across business units
- Act as a thought leader and internal evangelist for AI capabilities
Process Optimization
- Analyze and redesign business processes to improve efficiency through AI and automation
- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness
Business & Strategic Analysis
- Conduct competitive analysis to support product strategy
- Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Support decision-making through data visualization and reporting
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work cross-functionally with IT data actuarial and business teams
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members and stakeholders
- Communicate complex AI and analytical concepts in a clear and business-relevant way
Required Skills and Experience:
Experiences:
- 812 years of experience in data science machine learning AI engineering or advanced analytics
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions in business environments
- Experience in insurance or financial services is highly preferred
- Proven track record of leading projects or teams in a matrix organization
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of:Machine learning and AI concepts (NLP LLMs automation) AI application development and deployment
- Experience with: Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform or similar AI tools. Data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI). Workflow automation and system integration
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI agent design is a strong advantage
