Logistics Operations Import & Export Supervisor

Responsibilities

• 輸出入オペレーションチームの日常業務をリードし業務の優先順位付けや適切なリソース配分を通じて安定したオペレーションを実現
• 出荷状況の進捗管理を行い潜在的な問題を早期に特定し適切な対応やエスカレーションを実施
• フォワーダーや物流ベンダーのパフォーマンス管理を行いKPI改善およびサービス品質向上を推進
• 物流関連の苦情や品質問題の原因分析を行い是正予防措置を実施
• 業務手順書WIやローカルオペレーション手順LOPの維持更新管理
• 輸出入関連法規社内外ガイドラインへのコンプライアンスを徹底し監査対応をサポート
• 物流および業務改善プロジェクトへの参画プロセス改善活動Lean Eventの企画推進
• 社内外の関係者との良好な関係を構築し顧客満足度向上に貢献
• チーム内バックアップ体制の維持およびナレッジトランスファーの実施
• 業務効率化生産性向上のための改善提案を継続的に行う

Requirements

必須要件

• 大学卒業以上または同等の学歴
• 輸出入業務またはサプライチェーン物流分野で5年以上の実務経験
• 輸出入物流オペレーションフォワーダー管理輸送手配受発注管理等に関する知識経験
• SAPなどのERPシステムの利用経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 高いコミュニケーション能力および関係者調整能力
• 問題解決能力および顧客志向

• マネジメント経験部下の有無を問わずプロジェクトやタスクにてチームを主導した経験
• メーカーでの勤務経験化学会社だと尚可
• 国際貿易関連法規およびコンプライアンスに関する知識
• Leanや業務改善プロジェクト推進経験
• 多様なステークホルダーとの協業経験
• 変化の多い環境に柔軟に対応できる方
