Lifestyles Concierge

Overall Purpose of the Job:

You will respond to customer requests that our clients have by phone or email.

The companyis required toprovidea wide range of services including dining entertainment travel golf and other sports-related reservations and shopping arrangements.

Specific Duties:

• Review customer information in the internal system and register requests.

• Understand detailed customer requests (priorities preferences etc.) and propose content in line with those requests using internal resources etc.

• Requests are handled accurately and promptly working as a team.

• Outbound calls to customers to introduce concierge services and other benefits available.

• Attend meetings andtrainingsas needed to learn new information about clients and how to assist them.

• To make a positive impression every time you use our concierge service always be professional and attentive in your interactions with our attentive service.

Required Work Experience and Background:

• 2 years of service experience in the hospitality industry such as call centers travel hotels food andbeverage etc.

• Able tothinkcustomerfirst.

• High communication and negotiation skills

• Able to think and act independently.

• Always behave in a logical and calm manner.

• Ability to multitask and handle things with attention to detail.

• Able to collaborate with other members of the team without taking on too many tasks alone.

• Interestedin lifestyle (shopping sports culture travel etc.) with a global perspective.

• PC skills: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook

• Junior college or vocational school graduate or higher

Required Languages:

• Excellent written and oralJapanese &English Language
