In this role you will:

ThePhoto Product Manager (PM) role is strategic technical global and cross-functional. PM interacts with multiple levels with various functionsin Entegris and CustomersandownsP&L (Profit and Loss) performance responsibilityfor photo POU product lines.This role requiresa calm-assertive demeanor and capability to manage multiplepriorities. Within this rolethe PACE value competencies are regularly required for success

Primaryresponsibilities:

• Businessownership-Own P&L performance for product lines Drive revenue growth margin improvement and pricing strategy

• New product development-Create business caseandDefine scope by collaborating with PMM(Product Marketing Manager) Applications and MTS

• Cross-functional LeadershipCollaborate with RD to define developmentprioritiesand timelines with Operations to ensure supply readiness and cost targets with Quality to maintain high reliability and compliance standards with sales team to enable customer success

• Product Lifecycle ManagementManage product lifecycle from concept to end-of life and oversee product positioning and competitive differentiation

• SupportChange managementactivities(Product TransferObsoletionNew plant Continuous improvementprojectsetc)

主な職務内容

• 事業責任担当製品のP&Lパフォーマンスに責任を持ち売上成長利益率の改善および価格戦略を担う

• 新製品開発 PMMプロダクトマーケティングマネージャーアプリケーションMTSと連携しながらビジネスケースを作成し新製品開発の起案を行う

• 部門横断でのリーダーシップ開発部門と連携し開発の優先順位とスケジュールを定め製造部門と連携し供給体制とコスト目標の達成を確保し品質部門と連携し高い信頼性とコンプライアンス基準を維持し営業チームと連携してビジネス拡大を図る

• 製品ライフサイクル管理製品ライフサイクルを管理し製品のポジショニングおよび競争優位性の確立を統括

• 変更管理製品移管製品販売停止新工場立上げ改善プロジェクトなどの変更管理におけるビジネス戦略の立案サポート

RequiredQualifications/Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Chemistry Engineering Material Science or related field

• Semi-industryliquid filtration industryor/and product managementexperiences

• English writng/speaking language skill

• Strategic thinking and business acumen

• Ability to clearly articulate features-benefits/risksofofferings and data-driven decisionmaking

• Financial analysis incl. basic discounted cash flow-based financial modeling (NPV IRR payback etc.)

• Collaborative andInfluence without authoritywithin cross-functional teamsglobally

• An appetite to investigate the seemingly impossible and make a compelling case to move your vision forward

• A commitment to be an evangelist for your products services and messages

• Can travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 yearsLithography experience;especiallyworking with leading fabs

• Strong understanding ofsemiconductormanufacturing flow

• Product management/technical marketngexperieince

• 3 年以上のリソグラフィ露光経験特に最先端ファブでの勤務経験が望ましい

• 半導体製造フローに関する深い理解

• プロダクトマネジメントまたはテクニカルマーケティングの経験
