We are hiring a Java Full Stack developer to work on an Insurance project in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

Backend Development: Build secure business logic and microservices using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot
Frontend Development: Design responsive user interfaces with Angular or React
API Integration: Develop and expose robust RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints to bridge the frontend and backend
Database Management: Design schemas write optimized queries and manage data via relational databases (MySQL PostgreSQL) or NoSQL options (MongoDB)
Deployment & DevOps: Containerize applications using Docker and support CI/CD deployment pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS Azure)
Quality Assurance: Write unit and integration tests (JUnit Jest) and participate in peer code reviews
Should have worked in Agile lifecycle and have good understanding on how Scrum teams operate

Requirements

5-6 years of work experience
Good hands-on knowledge of Java (JDK 8/11/17) JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5 CSS3
Knowledge of Core Java Spring MVC Java Spring Boot API Microservices Python
Experience in Angular or
Working knowledge of Database MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle SQL Server
Working experience in GitHub Tomcat and Maven
Experience with AWS Services: S3 ECS RDS
Exposure and participation in Agile / Scrum environment
Japanese language preferred not essential
