Preferred Qualifications
- Service Revenue Management : Promote and manage service contracts to improve profitability.
- Handle technical inquiries and issues and build strong customer relationships.
- Lead and support field service engineers including scheduling training and performance evaluation.
- Oversee preventive maintenance troubleshooting and equipment upgrades.
- Manage 20 CSEs. Educate and motivate CSEs to build a strong service team.
- Work closely with sales customer engagement and GSS to reflect customer feedback and improve service quality.
Skills/Experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering technology or a related business field; masters degree in business or technology preferred
- 8 years of experience in service within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Japanese and English with the ability to work with customers internal teams and headquarters^
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in science or engineering
- 8 years of experience in service within the semiconductor industry.
- Fluent in Japanese basic proficiency in English.
