Who were looking for

We want people with real depth not surface familiarity:

• A completed PhD (or ABD near completion) in one of the following fields:

• Social & Behavioral Science (psychology sociology anthropology political science economics etc.)

• Humanities (history philosophy religious studies area studies etc.)

• Arts (art history performance studies music media & cultural studies etc.)

• Language & Linguistics (Japanese language translation studies applied linguistics literature etc.)

• Native or professional fluency in Japanese

• Strong written communication skills you can explain complex ideas clearly

• Comfort working independently in a remote deadline-driven environment

What the work will look like

Once the project confirms selected experts will help train and evaluate AI models by:

• Writing reviewing and grading responses in your area of expertise

• Assessing AI outputs for accuracy reasoning and nuance

• Providing structured feedback that improves model quality

• Applying doctoral-level judgment to real-world subject-specific tasks
