要件
- 教育関連する分野で学士号が必要です
- ライセンス/認証教員免許または一つまたは二つの文化分野例茶道着物の着付けでの専門的なトレーニングと認定が好ましいです
- 経験少なくとも3年間のフルタイムの教育経験があり10年以上の日本文化への露出を豊かにしたバックグラウンドを軍の関係と任務を通じて得ている必要があります
- 知識軍の慣習とライフスタイルに関する深い理解が不可欠です
主な責任
- ダイナミックなプレゼンテーションスキル日本語と英語の両方で快適にコミュニケーションし両言語間でシームレスに翻訳する能力を持っています
- マルチメディア指導マルチメディアツールを利用して魅力的なレッスンを設計し学習体験を向上させます
- 文化オリエンテーション学生が日本の習慣やライフスタイルを理解するのを支援し彼らの特定の興味とニーズに合わせてレッスンプランを調整します
- 特別ブリーフィングさまざまなグループに向けて文化理解のブリーフィングを開発し日本の慣習を包括的に理解させます
- プログラム評価チームと協力してプログラムの効果を評価し参加者の学習旅行を継続的に向上させます
- サポートサービス会員とその家族のスムーズな移行を促進するために翻訳フォーム申請の支援を提供します

Position Overview: As a Japanese Cultural Instructor youll immerse students in the captivating world of Japanese traditions through engaging lessons and hands-on experiences. From tea ceremonies to kimono dressing and everything in between youll be at the forefront of cultural exploration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: A bachelors degree in a related field is required.
- License/Certification: A teaching license or specialized training and certification in one or two cultural areas (e.g. Tea Ceremony Kimono dressing) are preferred.
- Experience: You should have at least 3 years of full-time teaching experience and a background enriched by over 10 years of exposure to Japanese culture gained through military affiliations and assignments.
- Knowledge: A deep understanding of military customs and lifestyle is essential.
- Dynamic Presentation Skills: Comfortably communicate in both Japanese and English with the ability to seamlessly translate between the two languages.
- Multimedia Instruction: Design and deliver engaging lessons utilizing multimedia tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Cultural Orientation: Assist students in understanding Japanese mannerisms and lifestyles tailoring lesson plans to meet their specific interests and needs.
- Special Briefings: Develop and conduct cultural awareness briefings for various groups ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Japanese customs.
- Program Evaluation: Collaborate with the team to evaluate program effectiveness continuously enhancing the learning journey for participants.
- Support Services: Provide assistance with translations forms and applications to facilitate smooth transitions for members and their families.
