We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Practice Lead to help build and grow Guidewire capability in Japan supporting business development solutioning delivery governance and team capability building.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Guidewire practice in Japan
- Support Guidewire opportunities from pre-sales to delivery
- Provide Guidewire expertise across claims policy billing and related insurance areas
- Work with local and global teams to define delivery approach and governance
- Support project mobilization staffing mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to proposal activities client discussions and business growth
Required Skills
- Strong Guidewire implementation or insurance transformation experience
- Experience with ClaimCenter PolicyCenter BillingCenter or related modules
- Good understanding of P&C insurance processes
- Experience leading teams programs or large transformation initiatives
- Strong consulting stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to work with both Japanese stakeholders and global teams
- Japanese and/or English business-level communication skills required
- Guidewire certification is a plus
