Japan Country Manager

As CountryLeader you will have full accountability for the regions performance including P&L ownership commercial strategy and organizational leadership. You will translate global priorities into local execution ensuring sustainable growth and strong customer impact acrossthe region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for the region turning clear strategic insights into aligned actions with a focus on prioritization execution and people leadership.

• Strengthen relationships with key customers partners and stakeholders at the executive level.

• Identify and capture new market opportunities across sectors such as semiconductorautomotive aerospace andAI.

• Drive operational excellence forecasting accuracy and disciplined execution.

• Partner closely with global leadership to align regional priorities with broader business objectives

• Build on a strong working culture with an emphasis on establishing the infrastructure for future scale and accelerating customer expansion.

• Be a magnet for great talent and build a world class services team to support growth.

• Create alignment and build consensus with the cross functional teams.

• Comply with companys policy and rules on business ethics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership or general management role within technology electronics or industrial sectors

• Strong track record of P&L ownership and delivering consistent profitable growth

• Deep understanding ofmarkets and regional business dynamics

• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse cross-cultural teams and operate effectively in a matrixed organization

• Proven track record of attracting deploying and developing talents

• Strategic thinker with a strong execution focus

• Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred

• Excellent language ability in English.
