PSNS Yokosuka Detachment Janitorial Support.

The contractor shall provide janitorial services necessary to vacuum all carpeted areas spot clean all interior office and partition walls and windows/sills sweep and mop all composition tiled and hard surfaced flooring clean and stock with necessary or applicable amenities all restrooms lunch rooms and kitchen areas provide high and low dusting of all horizontal surfaces wipe off and clean countertops and sinks remove cobwebs from building interiors spot clean spots and spills from all carpeted areas empty trash receptacles and recycle cardboard for offices and common areas in building F-157 3^rd floor Detachment Office trailer 20 on berth 10 Puget barges YR 85 YR 95 and YR 96 building 5218 1st floor building 1841 2^nd floor buildingsand 5014/5014 annex building 1235 offices and J-12 Modular. Additionally during CVN maintenance periods the contractor shall provide the aforementioned services at the Puget office trailers located on the hangar bay aboard CVN-76 as scheduled by the customer and increase servicing of restrooms on barges YR-85 and YR-95 to include 1 weekend day per week as requested by customer. Upon departure of the CVN contractor will strip and wax the tile surfaces in all mentioned PSNS spaces.
