職務概要

InvestmentエキスパートはMLJのエキスパートチームの一員としてマクロ経済金融市場資産運用に関する高度な知見をもとに顧客募集人独立代理店含む社内部門に対して投資関連の教育支援を提供する役割を担います

個別具体的な投資助言を行うものではなく市場環境や商品理解を深めるための情報提供助言フレームワークを提供し特に変額商品外貨建商品の販売品質向上を目的とします

主な職責

• マクロ経済金融市場資産運用ファンドに関する情報を分かりやすい資料プレゼンテーション教育コンテンツとして整理提供
• 顧客向けに投資環境資産配分ファンドの考え方に関する説明資料を作成
• 募集人独立代理店向けの研修セミナーウェビナーの企画実施
• 変額保険等の商品におけるファンド選定支援
• 大型案件における募集人との共同訪問経営層レベルのエンゲージメント支援
• 社内部門商品マーケティング営業等への市場投資観点での助言
• 投資関連コンテンツの定期的なレビューおよび更新
• マーケット動向規制環境の変化をモニタリングし社内外へ共有

必要なスキル経験

• 金融投資資産運用分野での実務経験
• 金融機関運用会社投資アドバイザリー等での経験があれば尚可
• マクロ経済市場ファンドを体系的に説明できる知識
• プレゼンテーションおよび高いコミュニケーション能力
• 複雑な内容を整理し顧客募集人に理解しやすく伝える力
• 投資助言におけるレギュレーション制約への理解
