Job Description:

1. ポジション概要
日立エナジージャパンのハイボルテージ事業では遮断器や開閉装置などの高電圧製品を通じて社会インフラに不可欠な電力の安定供給を支えています
本インターンシップではHV Project Engineerの業務を通じて設計検討技術課題の整理関係者との調整合意形成などプロジェクトエンジニアとしての実務を体験いただきます

2. 主な業務内容
Project Engineerは図面や計算結果を作成するだけでなく設計内容が品質コスト納期および他工程に与える影響を考慮しながら最適な仕様や対応策を検討提案する役割を担います
インターンシップでは実際のプロジェクト事例をもとに設計確認の観点課題整理の進め方関係者との合意形成プロセスを学んでいただきます

3. インターンシップを通じて得られる経験
本インターンシップを通じて設計を通じてプロジェクト全体を成立させるProject Engineerの役割について実務に近い形で学ぶことができます
また送変電設備という社会的責任の大きい分野において技術的な検討や関係者との連携が電力インフラの安定供給にどのようにつながっているかを理解する機会となります
期間中は担当社員がメンターとしてサポートし設計検討の進め方や考え方についてフィードバックを行います

Your background
1. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint
2. Fundamental knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical engineering
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize information logically and communi-cate ideas clearly
4. A proactive mindset and willingness to take on new challenges
5. Passion for innovation and creating new value
6. Willingness to communicate and collaborate in an English-speaking environment
7. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
