Inhouse Service Technician

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Repair maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment as part of inhouse services as well as the management of these tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports and quotation
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings
• Develop and maintain communication networks with dealers and end users.
• Follow all companys filed procedures and protocols
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:
(Minimum)

• Over 3 years experience as Service technician (Inhouse service or Field service)
• PC skill (MS office Excel Word PPT)
• Native-level Japanese with strong overall communication skills
• Positive mindset can-do attitude and willingness to change
• Logical self-motivated energetic results oriented skilful for handle multi-tasks quick learner team spirit and can work under high pressure
• Strong aspirations for self-growth in a global company
• Able to read and write in English; willingness to learn English and to make efforts to speak in English when required

(Ideal)

• Working experience and knowledge for Quality management systeme.g. ISO9001ISO17025 etc.
• Management and leadership experience
• Good command of spoken and written English (ex. TOEIC score 500 or above)
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Excellent presentation skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills
